7-day easy returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags intact.

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp or call our hotline with your order number.
2. We arrange a pickup or share a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or via bKash/Nagad for cash-on-delivery orders, within 3–5 working days.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal/packaging is unopened, or if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
